Who we are
This website is run by Moonacle LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (HE 434595), registered office Efesou 9, 5280 Paralimni, Famagusta, Cyprus. Moonacle LTD is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact: contact@moonacle.com.
What we collect
If you email us, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message. Our web server also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and troubleshooting.
Why and on what basis
We use enquiry data only to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare an engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
We use trusted service providers for web hosting and email. They process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless they lead to a contract, in which case we keep records as long as the law requires. Server logs are kept for a short period only.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@moonacle.com. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
